Solution Engineers

To engineer solutions for our Clients, you can rely upon a vast experience in defining solutions where “budget”, “effective” and “efficient” are key drivers. A proven track record is essential to the function and its objectives. Your skills should be broad, both functional and technical, and you have a capacity to rapidly comprehend needs in a variety of business contexts. You will take part in intake and TO BE analysis, and guide the Client in the definition and selection of the most appropriate solution, while respecting the Client’s proper limitations (timing, budget, quality, …).

Project Manager

Generalist
As generalist project manager you will translate business priorities into a manageable project. You create and apply a project governance model and guarantee that your project is delivered according to a set of common quality standards. You make sure projects are all delivered in a similar way, with a common methodology. You coordinate projects by effectively managing dependencies. You will take care of planning and budgeting. Your natural leadership makes sure you create business buy-in and help in the prioritisation of business requests.

Project Manager

Application development area
You will ideally have a project management background in business applications development. You will be self-motivated, consultative in your approach, highly organised and with strong communication and client service skills. You will act as project manager for one or more development projects. You will manage a team of analysts and/or developers in your expertise area. Apart from your obvious project management skills, you have knowledge of programming languages (PHP, C-Sharp, .Net, Ruby, …), application architecture design and mobile applications knowledge (Phonegap, Xamarin, …).

Service Integration Manager

The service integration manager represents the business towards internal and external service providers, such as ICT and facility management. You have the ability to create a relation of confidence with business and technical people. You effectively translate the complexity of business issues to internal service providers. You assist the Client in developing roadmaps and Service Frameworks, and draft Service Level Agreements that are understandable by the business and feasible to the Client’s service providers and project managers. You are experienced in defining supportability requirements, creation of required support documentation and definition of delivery measurement criteria.
